15min Gentle Undemanding Yoga Flow to Feel Your Inner Peace

This is a 15min slow undemanding yoga flow to help you find your inner peace.

In this 15min yoga practice, we begin grounded on the mat, flowing through gentle movements and blissful light backbends, opening up the whole body. We then move through a gentle sequence, calming the body, bringing focus and clarity, before winding back down. We end with long-hold stretches to release any tension, and tune into our inner Self.

This is yoga for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as a morning yoga practice, but it can be practiced at any time of day. This at home yoga class is set to soothing music and will beautifully stretch and relax your body and mind.

May you enjoy this 15 minute undemanding vinyasa practice and feel beautifully peaceful for the rest of your day.
