7min Flexibility and Focus: The Morning Yoga Routine Your Hips Have Been Waiting For

This is a short 7 minute yoga flow to blissfully open your hips. In this short hip onening yoga practice, we begin with hip circles and hip dips, encouraging the hips to move more fluidly. We then move through a short flow, designed to wake up the whole body, with a strong focus on opening the hips, the largest joint in the body.

This is yoga for beginners and is suitable for all levels. I recommend this as a morning yoga practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day. This at home yoga class is set to music and will stretch and calm you all at once.
