This 15 min vinyasa flow is designed to create a deep mind-body connection... perfect for centring yourself before the day begins. We’ll begin by anchoring into the breath, exploring the mind and body connection and helping you find balance and inner calm. From there, we’ll move through a kneeling sequence and rise into a flowing standing sequence, all guided by your breath to keep you present and connected.
In this practice, you'll experience breath-led movement that calms the mind, gentle stretches that wake up the body, and an invigorating flow that brings you greater energy and focus.
The soothing background music makes this a truly grounding and complete way to nurture mind body connection yourself. I recommend this as a morning stretch practice, but it can be practiced at whatever time of day to leave you feeling refreshed, strong, and serene.
