Welcome to this slow and intentional Vinyasa yoga practice, designed to help you feel grounded, present, and deeply connected to your body and breath. In this 20-minute flow, we’ll begin by settling into the breath, creating a calm foundation from within. As we move through a gentle, mindful sequence, you’ll be encouraged to feel into each pose with awareness—no rush, no pressure—just breath-led movement and presence.

This class is perfect for beginners and all levels, a true yoga for everybody. It’s a beautiful way to begin your day with a morning stretch, or to reset your body and mind anytime. There’s no music, just the calming sounds of natural birdsong to support a peaceful and immersive practice.

This Vinyasa yoga flow is designed to offer stress relief, a full body stretch, and a deeper sense of inner calm. Expect to finish this flow feeling grounded and peaceful, ready to carry that calm with you into the rest of your day.
